Michaela D’Angelo writes, “The act of painting is, for me, an almost shamanistic experience: I lose myself and dissolve into the work; the paintings just happen. On the best days, hours will pass and I don’t know where I’ve been. I stop when the painting tells me it’s finished.” More of her work can be found on-line. With Taz Sibley, she has been creating the multimedia graphic novel, “jaganat.”
